Agency's Mission

The philosophy of CAACY, "Strengthen the American Family," is based on the knowledge that strong families build strong communities. This philosophy is the mission and driving force behind CAACY's success. The agency has empowered thousands of children, teens, parents and grandparents to overcome a host of overwhelming problems such as poverty, unemployment, child abuse, substance abuse, teen pregnancy, and school drop-outs.
