History

Since its inception, the agency has expanded its program and outreach to meet the growing needs of thousands of families living in Philadelphia's most under served, culturally diverse communities. Today, CAACY is a multi-faceted family life support agency that provides social services to children, young adults, teen parents, and parents over 21, and other members of the extended families who are caretakers of the children, including grandparents.

During the past 26 years, CAACY has received major funding from the City of Philadelphia, Department of Human Services, and grants from a number of local corporations and foundations.
